Over the past year, the Biden Administration has failed to deliver on their promise to shut down the virus. Instead, they have continued to politicize the pandemic and fearmonger.

They have threatened the jobs of hard-working Americans, including our military, with a mandate that has been struck down by the Supreme Court.

They have threatened to shut down businesses even though Main Street America has already suffered enough and faced the challenges of an ongoing supply chain crisis.

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Supreme Court ruled on Thursday to block an OSHA rule requiring employers with 100 or more employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or frequent rapid testing. However, the Supreme Court upheld the mandate for health care workers in facilities that receive Medicare and Medicaid dollars. 

Elected officials in Iowa responded to the ruling.

The Center Square) – The Supreme Court decided Thursday in a 6-3 vote to block the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate on private sector businesses.

The Supreme Court opinion said Congress and the states, not the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, have the authority to implement such a mandate.
