U.S. Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks, M.D. (R-IA) today introduced the Delinking Revenue from Unfair Gouging (DRUG) Act, bipartisan legislation that would implement de-linking policies to rein in Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) in the commercial insurance market. Reps. Nannette Barragan (D-CA), Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), Brad Schneider (D-IL), Rick Allen (R-GA), and Donald Norcross (D-NJ) joined Miller-Meeks in introducing the bill.

Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA), Randy Feenstra (R-IA), Jimmy Panetta (D-CA) and Paul Tonko (D-NY) reintroduced the DMEPOS Relief Act of 2025 to ensure continued access to durable medical equipment (DME) for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This bill extends critical relief first provided in the 2022 Omnibus Appropriations Act, preventing steep reimbursement cuts that would jeopardize access to essential medical supplies.

Washington, D.C. — Today, Representatives Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) and Chris Pappas (D-NH) reintroduced the Providing Veterans Essential Medications Act, legislation that increases access to costly medications out of reach for severely disabled veterans in State Veterans Homes. Currently, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) does not pay State Veterans Homes for high-cost medications for severely disabled veterans, which are covered outside the facility.

Washington, D.C. - Today, Representatives Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) and John Garamendi (D-CA) introduced the Renewable Fuel for Ocean-Going Vessels Act, legislation that would allow companies to preserve RIN credits under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for renewable fuel used for ocean-going vessels. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) is leading this bill in the Senate.

This bipartisan legislation directs the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a study on the feasibility of manufacturing more critical infrastructure goods in the United States, with a focus on identifying rural communities best suited to support domestic production.

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA), along with Reps. Adrian Smith (R-NE), Angie Craig (D-MN), Dusty Johnson (R-SD), Nikki Budzinski (D-IL), and Sharice Davids (D-KS), introduced the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act. This bipartisan, bicameral legislation would extend the Reid vapor pressure (RVP) volatility waiver, allowing for the year-round, nationwide sale of ethanol blends up to 15 percent.

Sens. Deb Fischer (R-NE) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) introduced companion legislation in the Senate.
